Serhii Chernikov

I build software end to end - my own products and client platforms, mostly in TypeScript.

I work full-time as a software engineer. Outside of that I run CupertinoClicks and DocuLens, and take on contract work when a team needs an extra engineer who will actually finish the job.

Most of what I do is backend and platform work - APIs, infrastructure, the parts that fail quietly if you cut corners. I prefer owning a problem from start to finish over handing off something half-done.

I write daily updates on client work, ask questions early, and try to leave code that the next person (often me, months later) can still understand.

Three things fill my week: my day job, my own products, and occasional contract work.

On the product side, I'm building CupertinoClicks and DocuLens right now. Before that I shipped LiquiRaise and PowerGram - both are retired now.

For contract work, I usually join teams that need help shipping or fixing something specific: a migration, an MVP push, a backend that needs to stop breaking.

The client platforms I have shipped are on commercial projects. If you want to explore working together, see how I like to collaborate.

Clients on Upwork and LinkedIn tend to say the same things - I get up to speed fast, communicate clearly, and follow through. Several have hired me again for a second project.
