I'm a partner, not a task-taker.

I help founders and small teams build products end to end - UI and UX, frontend, backend, the whole thing from first screen to production. That only works when we collaborate as equals, not as boss and executor.

Good fit

We'll probably work well together if this sounds like you:

  • You're a founder or small team shipping something real - an MVP, a v1, or scaling what already works.
  • You want someone who owns the problem with you, not someone waiting for tickets in a backlog.
  • You'd rather get a clear async update than sit through another standup.
  • The work spans the full product - UI/UX, frontend, backend, APIs, or AI features - not just one layer in isolation.
  • You respect people's time and headspace - and expect the same back.

Not a fit

No hard feelings - these setups tend to burn both sides:

  • You want an employee who executes your task list without a say in how things get built.
  • You need someone available for constant check-ins, standups, or pairing all day.
  • The brief is "just build what I say" - no room for pushback or technical judgment.
  • Nobody on your side can make decisions, so scope keeps shifting.
  • The project is an idea with no budget behind it - you're looking for free or near-free work.

A few questions first

Tell me what you're building and how you like to work. It takes a few minutes. If we're not aligned, you'll know before either of us wastes time.
